This may be a super newb question, but I can't figure it out. I have tried searching. Please help me. I have an indicator that shows me when each of the following markets are open:
Sydney
Tokyo
China
Berlin
London
New York
I was told not to trade any currency pair unless there's a market open for at-least one side of the currency pair. For example, I can trade the EUR/USD if New York is open because that would cover the USD. How can I know which markets trade which currencies? For example, how can i know which currencies are traded during the Sydney market, or the Berlin market? Which ones have to be open to trade the NZD? Or, which markets need to be open to trade the AUD, or the JPY? Is there a list somewhere I can look at for all the currencies, or can someone list them for me? I know there's times when the markets overlap, and I know some markets give more trading volume than others, but I am wanting to know specifically which markets trade which currencies.
