What time do you usually go to sleep, and for how many hours?

Bit of a strange question, but it is response to Shrewd crude, and did not want to pollute other thread. Plus would be interested t know how many hours people sleep as yet to hear from anyone who actually gets the recommended Eight hours.

Im more curious why Ratkins fast asleep at 10:21pm ...

I wonder if get enough sleep as can never get more than Six hours. It does not matter what time I go to bed, I am always awake Six hours later.

As for time, is 10.20 early? I am very much a morning person, love getting up and going for a run before/during sunrise. Tend to wake up very early, and go to bed pretty early, especially in winter time.

Air BnB filing for a listing later on this year, should be an interesting listing, imo it will be priced more reasonable now than it would have been last year.
