Fedegan seguirá administrando por 3 meses el fondo de Ganado
El Ministerio de Agricultura tomó la decisión para evaluar el tema con detenimiento. El Gobierno nacional espera que el actual administrador del fondo realice los cambios en el interior del gremio, aprobados en el último Congreso Ganadero y ajustado a los requerimientos de la Contraloría.
El Ministerio de Agricultura amplió por tres meses la administración del Fondo nacional del Ganado por parte de Fedegan, para lo cual se suscribió una prórroga del actual contrato hasta el 31 de marzo de 2015. La prórroga autoriza a Fedegan para continuar recaudando, administrando e invirtiendo las cuotas de Fomento Ganadero y Lechero.

Brasil acumula hasta noviembre déficit en cuentas públicas
Hasta ahora el peor resultado era el de 2002, cuando las cuentas públicas acumularon en once meses un superávit primario de 53.730 millones de reales (unos 20.665,4 millones de dólares). Vaticinan una nueva desaceleración este 2015.

I mercati, a parte la borsa di Atene, non hanno reagito in maniera particolare alla notizia, che era già scontata.

regime amministrato e dichiarativo - quale conviene ?
Buongiorno Traders,
In questo post cercherò di rispondere alla domanda se sia preferibile il regime dichiarativo oppure il regime amministrato cercano di analizzare quali punti siano a favore e quali a sfavore di ciascuno dei due.
Con il regime dichiarativo il broker sceglie di provvedere in proprio al conteggio delle imposte ed al pagamento delle stesse mediante il modello F24 e successivamente a tale pagamento dovrà provvedere autonomamente alla compilazione della dichiarazione dei redditi ovvero il modello UNICO.
Con il regime amministrato il trader sceglie di affidare al broker tutte le incombenze riguardanti sia il conteggio delle imposte e relativo versamento sia di trasmissione degli importi al fisco non dovendo occuparsi di nessuno degli aspetti riguardanti la tassazione.
In prima battuta sembrerebbe quindi che il regime amministrato possa battere uno a zero il regime dichiarativo, tuttavia il regime dichiarativo contiene delle insidie che vale la pena analizzare con maggiore attenzione prima di formulare il giudizio.
La prima particolarità del regime amministrato consiste nel prelievo dell'imposta che viene generalmente effettuato dal broker operazione per operazione oppure sulle operazioni chiuse nella singola giornata.
Questo significa che se il 23 aprile 2014 avessi chiuso una operazione in profitto di 100 euro la sera stessa avrei ottenuto l'accredito del netto di 80 euro mentre se la stessa operazione di 100 euro fosse stata chiusa il 20 luglio 2014 l'accredito netto sarebbe stato di 74 euro. Il trader con il regime dichiarativo si vedrà invece accreditata sempre la somma al lordo dell'imposta, ovvero 100 euro.
Qualora successivamente alla chiusura dell'operazione in attivo si verificassero delle perdite il trader con il dichiarativo potrebbe ancora compensare mentre il trader con l'amministrato non potrebbe dal momento che l'imposta è stata già scontata nell'operazione precedente.
Non vi è dubbio che a lungo andare l'anticipo dell'imposta al giorno di chiusura delle operazioni porta ad un peggioramento della equity del trader nella misura dell'imposta che attualmente è del 26%.
Dal momento che i trader utilizzano il capitale come materia prima della loro attività sembrerebbe non molto sensato privarsi in anticipo di oltre un quarto dell'equity. Sebbene non fosse un trader mio nonno diceva spesso che "per pagare le tasse e per morire c'è sempre tempo" ... come dargli torto ?
Proseguendo con gli esempi se ipotizziamo ora una serie di trade chiusi nel mese di gennaio. In questo caso il trader con il regime amministrato si vedrà tolto subito il capitale mentre il trader con il regime dichiarativo avrà fino alla estate dell'anno successivo per provvedere al pagamento dell'imposta e quindi avrà la possibilità di utilizzare il capitale destinato a fisco per farlo fruttare ancora per un anno e mezzo circa.
Per le operazioni chiuse nel mese di dicembre il trader avrà "solamente" 6/7 mesi per mettere a profitto la parte di capitale destinato ad imposta.
La data del 16 giugno per il pagamento delle imposte è solitamente differibile di un mese con una sopratassa dello 0,40% ed inoltre è solitamente oggetto di proroga, quindi spesso si slitta attorno al 7/8 luglio per la scadenza tradizionale ed addirittura ad agosto con maggiorazione dello 0,40%.
Ma le insidie non sono terminate: nel mese di dicembre 2013 i trader che hanno scelto il regime amministrato si sono trovati con l'amara sorpresa di dover versare un acconto sulle imposte di trading grazie ad una legge confezionata ad hoc in pochi giorni.
Questa "trovata" (anzi questo abominio) impone ai broker di prelevare dal conto dei propri trader amministrati un ulteriore importo pari al 100% dell'imposta già prelevata facendo di fatto schizzare il prelievo effettivo al 52% !!!
Certamente trattandosi di acconto sulle imposte lo stesso verrà utilizzato per sopperire al versamento dell'imposta nell'anno successivo ma, come ho già detto, perché mai un trader dovrebbe rinunciare a metà dei propri profitti se gli stessi costituiscono lo strumento con i quali realizzare il guadagno stesso?
Nella speranza di non fare "il gufo" faccio presente che al momento l'acconto è dovuto solamente dai trader che scelgono il regime amministrato mentre i trader che hanno scelto il regime dichiarativo, possono continuare a svolgere la propria attività con molto più capitale a disposizione.
Le considerazioni sopra esposte possono chiaramente variare in ragione della capitalizzazione dei conti e dal momento che le imposte sono una variabile sia dei rendimenti medi di ogni singolo trader sia del capitale da essi investito
Pertanto alla domanda quale sia regime preferibile non esiste una risposta univoca, anche se gli esempi sopra riportati dovrebbero consentire a ciascuno una scelta consapevole.

Hackers atacaron a Xbox y Playstation en Navidad
El grupo Lizard Squad se atribuyó el ataque cibernético y dijo que dejaría de atacar a estas plataformas siempre y cuando los usuarios de Twitter retuiteen sus comunicados.
El servicio Xbox Live de Microsoft Corp volvió a funcionar el viernes 26 de diciembre, pero PlayStation Network de Sony Corp seguía caído por segundo día después de que un grupo de piratas informáticos se atribuyó la responsabilidad por el ataque a los dos servicios de videojuegos por Internet.
Los usuarios de Xbox Live y PlayStation Network experimentaron problemas de conexión y retrasos el Día de Navidad, uno de los momentos de mayor actividad para la industria de los videojuegos.

Close, Stop and Limit orders on individual trades for all United States based accounts are not functional as they are not compliant with the National Futures Association (NFA) Compliance Rule 2-43 (b).
Compliance Rule 2-43(b) requires that for all Unites States based accounts orders be executed First In, First Out (FIFO). FIFO requires that when multiple positions are held in the same currency pair, the position which was first opened will be the first to be closed. This will prevent stop-loss and limit orders from being placed on individual tickets (orders and positions) through ForexConnect API.

taking position with "3rd" currency
Hello, first I'm glad there is a forum where new members don't have to wait for admin approval (silly).
Here is one thing I do not understand yet and need your help:
I'm doing a test with demo account which is now at 10'000 € account balance.
I want to buy dollars vs. yen. that is USD/JPY pair.
according to some logic in order to buy dollars (USD/JPY) I need yen right? so upon taking long position to buy USD/JPY my account balance which is in euros will be charged to buy yen first then those yens will be used to buy dollars? Is that correct?
OR, is my Euro acc. balance charged directly to buy dollars without purchasing yen first?
which one of these two statements is true?
I asking this because if 1st statement is true then that means upon taking the position and exiting the same position it takes 4 currency conversion which makes a good profit for broker :D

El año cerrará con una menor dinámica de la vivienda social y con el repunte de la oferta de otros usos, especialmente oficinas, comercio y hotelería.
Algo para destacar es que se contrató el ciento por ciento de las 100 mil viviendas gratis y se lanzó una segunda fase, que impulsará otras 100 mil.
Con la primera fase de este programa se logró la ejecución de cerca de 300 proyectos en 227 municipios. Además, se terminaron 76 mil viviendas y se entregaron 56 mil a víctimas y desplazados.
