Looking for constructive criticism; need a review on my trading plan.

Hello, I would like to receive some feedback on my trading plan. I'd like someone to point out the flaws of it and advice me on what I should change or think about.

In the image you can also see a picture of one sided huge move which was triggered by economical news. Can anyone advice what I could try to catch pips efficiently if price is volatile and moves sideways.
