issues with error 130? Invalid stoploss?

Hi guys, I have been working on an EA with a friend, and we have been encountering some issues with FXCM's demo server. Basically, our EA would send orders with reasonable stop losses (over 20 pips), but we get error 130 (invalid stoploss) and the order does not get sent. I know this is not a problem with my EA because it compiles fine and has successfully sent orders using the exact same code. Also, our code is symmetric so it's not like it's not working because it's a long position or short position.
we opened a buy stop for GBPUSD with
price: 1.57033
SL: 1.56614

So our stoploss is over 40 pips away. This is the third time I've experienced this issue and so it's extremely frustrating.
