FXCM's Time Zone converter app for MT4 question

FXCM has an app for their MT4 platform that actually converts the mt4 charts to whatever time zone you want(ie gmt). Note: this is not a period converter(ie one minute to 10 minutes). The problem is I think their setup file that you download is outdated because when I ran it nothing happened and the indicator didn't show up in indicators, scripts or ea in my FXCM mt4. And no instructions came with it(for some reason they included instructions for a simple period converter).

Does anyone know how to install this and run it?
