Transition from Connected to Disconnected when network is offline

Issue:

Logging out of a IO2GSession when session state is IO2GSessionStatus::Connected takes three minutes when the computers network connection offline.



Expected:

IO2GSession should logout instantly when the network is offline. It is even preferable for the logout not be a network operation when the network is available.
