Hi there,
I'm using an entry order to enter by a limit entry order with attached stop and limit. (It's not an ELS order - I'm using a non-US account.) This particular software uses the RequestTXT field to track which orders and positions are generated by it, and which are from other sources (such as Trading Station).
When the order is originally placed, everything looks fine: all three orders are in the orders table, and the RequestTXT field is correct in all three. After the order is filled, the trades table contains the new trade, with the OpenOrderRequestTXT field having the right content, and likewise the two orders remaining in the orders table have the right content in their RequestTXT fields.
After adjusting the stop to bring it to breakeven, however, both the stop and limit orders are left with empty RequestTXT fields, rather than those fields still containing the original values. This doesn't seem to happen every time, which further confuses things.
(Oh, in case it's relevant, I'm not using the table manager.)
I'm guessing this may be a server-side issue. Any ideas?
Cheers,
Nikhil.
