Formula To Calculate All Possible Pip Values

I have searched and looked around the internet and this forum to find a definite formula, but have not found anything that encompasses all possible currencies and crosses.



I want to be able to combine any account currency and any cross pair and calculate the pip value by looking at the bid and ask prices of those currencies for a specific trade size.



I would be happy if anyone could point me in the right direction or give me the formula, because I am going slightly crazy trying to solve this, for a personal project.
