how much of the equity do you put at risk

Hi all just wanted to know how others go about their trading and wanted to know the percentage of amount that they invest in a trade.

I mean to ask if suppose i have an account with $100 and leverage of 1000.Still i go out for a lot size of 0.01 which is just 1% of the total money i have in the account and i open just one trade at a time.


So in a similar manner how much percentage of money do you guys generally put at risk ?????
