Difference between historical and reall time prices

Hi,

I noticed there is difference in historical data and online offers data (both downloaded through forexconnect .NET API). The historical data gives larger number of ticks where as the online offers seem to be restricted to max 2 or 3 ticks per second. This seems to be the case for both Trading Tables and Non Trading Tables setups in the API. Please see below data samples from historical data and online offers. This is totally throwing off my and trading. I would like to get the online offers exactly like historical data. Please let me know how can I get online offers exactly like historical data using the API.
