The Fast Stochastic indicator is a powerful stochastic indicator for trend trading. It is based on the fast stochastic and its simple moving average. It comprises of two components, the main indicator (BLUE) and the signal indicator (RED). The main indicator is the K_PERIOD fast stochastic, and the signal indicator is its D_PERIOD simple moving average. The concept behind this indicator is that fast stochastic responds quickly to price movements and trends, whereas its simple moving average lags it. So, this difference between the fast stochastic and its simple moving average is used as a trading signal.
BUY - Enter BUY when BLUE (main) line crosses above RED (signal) line.
SELL - Enter SELL when BLUE (main) line crosses below RED (signal) line.
BUY - Enter BUY when BLUE (main) line crosses above RED (signal) line.
SELL - Enter SELL when BLUE (main) line crosses below RED (signal) line.
