live ticks have wrong timestamp (Feb 8 2015)

E.g. GBP/JPY datestamp=2015-02-08 22:46:46.000,bid=181.344,ask=181.384 came through at 22:44.16. I.e. all the ticks are exactly 2.5 minutes in the future.



(I've checked the current time against various sources. Also, it was fine up to Friday evening, it is just the open this evening that is wrong.)
