Top Tradr APP is not updating my account activity

Hi, I'm a real FXCM trader. I have linked my account with TT App, but I'ts not working well...

I have sent a request to the Top Tradr support forum Sep 25, they answered me same day asking some information for investigation purposes, I provided all information they requested several days ago...

Seems like nobody is actually helping there...

Meanwhile, I'm losing chances to win the contest prize...

I'm really disappointed with this situation beacuse I thought you (Top Tradr and FXCM as well) were serious about this contest...

I really hope recieve some manifestation of technical support as soon as posible...
