Timeout when retrieving ticks for 23:00:00 to 23:59:59.9990000

I am not sure why this is happening but whenever I try to fetch ticks for that time interval, e.g. [2014-09-22T23:00:00.0000000Z, 2014-09-22T23:59:59.9990000Z], I get a time out...



Any ideas??
