Add alert to indicator

How do I add an alert to an indicator, like you would do a 'price alert'?



The 'Strategy or Alert Parameter' dialog does not seem to work the way I want it to. I want to simply give me a buzz when the indicator goes below or above a number. Just like a 'price alert' except on an indicator.
