Ok so I opened an account with a broker and deposited $100 and they are providing me $400 trading bonus.I'm trading on my mobile mt4.
Now having done some forex and working as a retention agent for a big forex broker company I never came to know which lot size is this so called 0.2000 which I am able to see in my account statement when I was taking a lot size of 0.20(20000units ) and also for such a lot size the margin costs me $100 since I have a leverage of 1:200 but to my wonder every pip movement is only fetching me $0.20 I.e just 20 cents
In the brokers forum they have mentioned pip value calculation which says if I am taking lot size of 0.10 I get $1 per pip which is standard just about everyone one no matter what the leverage they provide
So what is happening in my account or mt4?
Then to confirm if I had any misunderstandings I made a demo ac with mt4 and bang the same thing is happening.
