MT4 EA Bug

I'm running FXCM MT4 Build 765 on Windows 7 64-bit. I dragged the included Expert Advisor MACD Sample onto a chart where upon an input dialogue box opens. I'm able to modify input values, however, when I click OK, the dialogue box does not close and therefore the EA does not launch. Clicking on the OK, Cancel and Reset buttons does nothing. The Cancel button is partially obscured by a frame holding input data. The Save button is partially obscured by the Reset button. All EAs included with MT4 exhibit the same behavior.
