Best Euro rates for £30k investment over 2 years

Hi - I'm doing some research on behalf of my brother who's looking to invest in the Euro currancy for 2-3 years. The Halifax who I babk with charge 1.25% per trade and TD Trading 1.75% so we were hoping for some advice on where the best rates are?. any help would be really appreciated as he asked me because I have some investments in shares but I've never bought currancy (apart from for my holidays) thanks craig
