Add Stop/Limit to an existing Entry Order

I'm trying to develop my own version of mirror trader and am working on recreating an Entry Order with a Stop/Limit based on execution reports from the account being mirrored.



My problem is that the Entry Order, Stop and Limit come in separate reports. Therefore, the Entry Order is created first before the Stop and Limit can be added to an OrderList to send along with it. I'm wondering how to go about updating the Entry Order with the Stop and limit.



Please help!
