a/ Please DEFINE the differences between "Spread betting" and Trading?
b/ The Forex market is quoted to trade over 5 Trillion $ / day - is the "trillion" 10 to the 12 or 10 to the 18?
(I assume it's 10 to the 12 but would like this confirmed).
